7095 issues

Got a Multi 7095 with w single turbelle powerhead on it. Everytime I plug it in the unit flashes then the lights for the powerhead power level go out. The pump never starts. Any ideas on what the issue might be. It worked perfectly 3 montsh back and was in a cool storage since then.

Does the pump work on its own, not connected to the controller? What model pump?

Please be patient on a follow up, I seem to be coming down with the flu and today will be a short day for me.
