7095 not hitting 100%

Ijust grabbed a 7095 controller and thesecond channel won't go above 80% power.
I tried connecting different pumps and cables with same result.
could I have a bad VR in the controller?

There are 4 possible causes.

The first is the pump is just a bit dirty, this was an unintended feature but if the pump is a 6000 or 6101 or 6105 running at 12-15V and the pump is slightly jammed, it will draw more power and starve the controller so it only goes to 80%.

The second possibility if the pump is that either the driver or connector speed adjustment has been turned down, the pumps must be set at full power on the driver box or connector box if a controller is being used.

Another possibility is that the cable or sockets are corroded.

The final possibility is that the resistance to the LED's is too strong, it is a permanent resistor and not variable. In this case the controller actually is going to 100% but the final LED read out bar for 100% cannot turn on.

I tried to switch form the 6200,to either of two 6100's and got the same result.
I swapped the cables all around which are in emaculate shape,no corrosion what so ever.
I guess it's not a big deal but I was going to sell the controller.
I run all my pump on full blast so the controller isn't important to me but I hate to try to sell it without it being in 100% condition.
All my pumps just came from viniger soaks and look like they just came off the shelf.
My 6200 has the newer impeller without the brakes but my two 6100's have the old style with the brakes, but I assume that shouldn't matter.

by the way,how do I find the trade up info?
I am wondering about any of the equipment I listed above being worth anything toward some larger pumps

We don't have a trade in program, I would suggest selling the old items here or on eBay. Can you give me more info on the 7095, did it light up to 100% in the past, how old is it? Did you buy it new or used?
