7095 operation

I recently purchased a 7095 controller and 2 6100s. The controller has been setup for interval 2. With a min of 30% and a max of 100% on both channels. I've noticed that the controller only ramps up to 80% on both channels? Does it ever reach 100%

This would indicate the pumps are dirty or if new, that they have air inside them or have not fully worn in. It is supposed to show what you programmed but we have found that if the pump is dirty or restricted in some way the lights only go up to 80%.

Probally air. The pumps are only a few days old. Will give them a good shake underwater...

The best is to pull out the prop assembly and reinstall it underwater.
