7095 question

I seem to be having a hard time figuring out exactly how to get the setup that I want with the gear that I have. I have a 7ftL 210G tank. In the front right (FR) corner is the wavebox, a 6100 in the rear right (RR), and a 6100 on the front left (FL) all connected to a 7095. What I was hoping to get was a strong wave going from right to left, but what I am getting is the 6100 in the right rear running all the time and the other two not running at all. FR is 1a, RR is 1b, and FL is 2a. Can someone lend some advice on how to set this up?

It doesn't work that way, whatever is connected to channel 1 uses both 1a and 1b, the connected pumps pulse between those two settings. Same for channel 2. Do you want to run the wavebox for a few hours and then turn it off and let the streams run? What exactly are you trying to set up and I will explain how to do it if it is possible.

I guess what I had in mind was having the wavbox doing its thing, but then also to have the pumps cycling in a wave-like manner also. My initial thought was to have one 6100 and the wavebox operating in sequence and the other 6100 pulsing opposite to help with wave generation.

Disconnect the wavebox from the multicontroller and run it independently on its controller. Connecting the two will only add the option of turning the wavebox off in Interval mode.

Connect one pump to channel one and one to channel 2.

Got it. Will do that as soon as I get home. Is there a way to dial in the 6100s to the same interval as the wavebox?

No, not unless you hook them to the wavebox controller. This isn't necessarily beneficial, the longer pulsed flow of the multicontroller does more for linear movement and sweeping away detritus suspended by the wavebox.

OK, just got back and immediately went to the tank. I did as you suggested it all works fine. I guess it is now just a question of deciding on a pulse interval for the 6100s.
