7095 vs. 7096 vs. AquaSurf

I am trying to see which one will better fit me?

I already have the Neptune Systems ACJr. I want to buy 2 X 6105 Pumps, but need help figuring which controller I need.

I can not find a whole lot of information on the differences of the two. I have a friend with the AquaSurf, so I am kinda familiar with how that works.

Does using the AquaSurf void any warranties on any controllable pumps?

Does the computer have to be hooked up to the computer 24/7 for use/adjustment of the 7096 and not plug when making adjustments?

By the letter of the manual, the warranty is void if the pump is used on a non Tunze controller. The 7096 only needs to be connected to the computer for programming, once it is saved it can be disconnected, you can download the software and manual on Tunze.com and check it out.

I have owned a couple of the 7095s as well as an Aquasurf and while I have only gotten to play with a 7096 in a limited capacity... If you don't mind plugging the controller into the PC to adjust it is a very nice unit with some extra bells and whistles over the 7095 and very easy to adjust and setup.
