I just hooked up the new 7096 about four hours ago, now one of my 6100 is squealing like a pig, i just cleaned it a week ago, so it surprised me to hear the warning alarm. I took it apart to inspect it and all seems clean still, the pump will not start at all and the alarm remains, any ideas???

The controller is powered by the pump, not vice versa, it is possible the pump died but the controller combination would just be coincidence.

Does the pump run without the controller?

No, the pump just sounds the alarm and does not spin, this is the same pump i had you repair last year, the pump is two years old.

Send me the pump again and I will get it fixed up, I don't think the controller is related to the issue.

Thank you very much for fixing that pump for good, great customer service once again guys, customer for life.:D
