just bought a 7096 and plugged my units in and non of the lights come on and its doing nothing. One of my pumps is doing nothing except clicking.

If it does not come on when the pumps are connected and does the same when USB is connected, it is faulty and if you email us your invoice (assuming you bought it new) we can get it exchanged at no cost to you.

Also, just so you know, the pumps will run with no controller for the time being. Just disconnect the controller cable at the pump.
