Does anyone have a spare 70W DE bulb for sale or that I could borrow for a few hours? I have a 70 DIY set-up that I am testing and it isn't lighting all the way - it just kinds glows a little and hums.
My best bet is that is this cheap bulb that I bought off of eaby, but before I try to get my moeny back I need to understand what is going on.
I am in Murrysville, so I'd like to find someone on this side of Pittsburgh.
