72 bow front light set ? t5 or hqi

i have a 72 bow front and i am trying to decide on lighting i want to keep anemones sort and lps corals. how may watts of t5's or bulbs ?
are needed. also would you suggest 1 400 metal hailde and 2 antincs
or 2 250wat metal halides and atinics. any help i would be greatful

I ran the 2-250 20k ushio on my 72 and it looked great and the clams/lps on sand were very happy.

I'm assuming your tank is 4' long and about 23" deep? ...with that being said, I would definately go with at least 250 MH. The 250's will give you plenty of lights for the anenomes and lps corals you speak of..and will also allow you to keep SPS and clams if you chose to later down the road.

You can suppliment to MH's with actinics to achieve your desired look.
