hey guys, i have a 72 bow r/r for sale. i got ripped off on craigslist today. the whole story is i found a complete 72 setup for sale and the owner claimed in great condition. i told him to bring it by and i paid him and he left. after i unwrapped the stand i saw it had so much water damage i wouldnt trust it to use and im just going to sell the entire thing and just take a huge loss. the guy wont answer his phone and has deleted the listing so i got scammed real bad. first time on craigslist, and it will probably be my last. anyways, the tank itself is in good condition from what i see. it needs a decent cleaning. it has a 4x65w p/c fixture and only one bank of lights works. prob needs a new ballast, the stand needs to be replaced, it comes with a pinpoint p/h monitor, rio 1200 return and ebo jager heater (havent tested them to see if they work) and a homemade 29 gallon sump that appears to be holding water on my deck right now. all these items were supposed to be perfect but they are far from it. if youre looking for a r/r 72 bow thats the best thing going. with a new stand and some handywork to the lights it would be a nice setup but im so disgusted with the whole thing ive lost interest. im accepting best offers, feel free to lowball, as i just want it gone and ill just take a huge loss. heres some pics, thanks!<<<~steve

Call All Glass and see about getting the part of the stand you need and replace it. 1-800-ALLGLASS. I've gotten parts from them before ,in the past, for their stands. You obviously wanted it so why not just try and fix it. If you have trouble I'll contact them for you. Don't tell 'em you bought it used. It will not be warrantied but it should be a fraction of the cost of a new stand.

If the fixture does need a replacement ballast those are fairly cheap as well.

Those stands are "knock-downs", you have to assemble them so replacing the part is as simple as using a screwdriver.

."What is a Screwdriver?"

."What is a Screwdriver?"

Vodka and Orange Juice!!

But all kidding aside, Hate to see anyone get "screwed over" on something like that and if you do need some help I will volunteer to bring the screwdriver (either kind straight slot, phillips head, or the Orange juice and Vodka) to give you a hand fixing it.
