Hey everyone need some more help. Just got myself started into this new hobby and finding out there are so many different options for everything. I have just bought my first saltwater tank. I bought a used 180 gallon tank (72 x 24 x 24) but need help now with some equipment, lights to start. I've been looking online and there are many different options out there. I want something that will help my tank and future corals and look good doing it but without having to take out a second mortgage to do so lol. I like the looks and the capabilities of the
Current USA Orbit Marine IC PRO LED Light Fixture 72 inch (from MarineDepot)
Anyone use these? Or what are my other options? Should i use a light bar or individual hanging lights?
Any info or advice you guys can give me that would be great thanks.

And since i'm asking for advice what would you guys say is a good size sump? and design?

Thanks Again

3 Kessils would work fine and you can find them for sale used fairly often. They light up a 2 foot square area just fine. I used a 40 gallon breeder tank and made my own baffles for my 210 which is just the slightly taller version of your tank. You could also look at t5 lighting as well.

I saw the kessels but got confused with the 3 different color options. would i need one of each or just 3 of the same colour. I like the idea of LED. No heat and a cleaner sharper look i think. Tell me if i'm wrong im open to any ideas.

Current uses low wattage leds (like 0.3 to 0.5 watts rather than 3 and 5 watts like everybody else) and therefore makes lower PAR (Photosynthetic Active Radiation) which your corals will need. It works OK over a shallow tank of 12", is marginal over 18" and is a fish only fixture over a 24" tank.
