depends on the leds wattage. presuming 3w leds than yes it should be good enough with optics over a 20h. probably ok without optics on a 20L.
color wise in my experience sps look like **** with a bunch of white leds. usually you want 2/1 or 3/1 b/w ratio. any more than that and they brown out pretty bad over time. usually a year or so they go downhill. add a pair of t5ho's to get some better color into them and the sps will stay good looking.
