7410/2 ?

Hi Roger,

Few questions regarding the 7410/2 Turbelles. About 1 year ago I purchased two of the 7410/2 Turbelle electronic kits for a 70g SPS tank. I am upgrading my system and will be using them on my 180g. Few questions:

- If I postion the pumps on both sides, will the 7410/2 pumps have enough flow to cover the 6'?

- What kind of maintenance should I do? Though they have only been running for a year now, now would be a good time for routine maintenance. Any suggestions on parts (with part#s) that I should be replacing?

The drive units are revised and changing them should result in lower maintenance. The part number is 3000.60 and you must change all parts included in the kit. Two 7410/2 are probably not enough for a 180, I would probably add two more or sell the units and switch to Stream pumps. While we offer a retrofit kit your pumps are likely to old to be reliably converted to Stream pumps. You probably could also use one Stream and 1 7410/2 with good success.
