75 gallon reef tank build Almost complete

Got most of my water! After I plum the return the tank will be ready for San and rock!! Should be done by the end of this week end
 
Awesome I really want to see some water Evo I hope that pump is good for you for some reason if it ever stops let me know I have another one

Your sump looks a bit over-filled; ideally you want the level in the return chamber lower than the rest. This will help keep the skimmer in a more constant water level.
 
I wish I had skill to build things. I have none. I always admire it when I see constructed stands and things of that sort.
 
I love the look; I too am envious of people who build their own stands. I've always said I was going to, and then end up going with a pre-made (My current tank is a bowfront, and I just couldn't fathom making that stand).

I am curious about the pipe that seems to terminate about 8" above the center of you sump... what is that line to/from?

Its the emergency overflow! So that if it over fills or the main gets clogged it will splash and make a loud sound so I know something is wrong!
 
Looking good Evo I like how you have the ro in the stand and I like the shelving smart build I wish I had that room in my stand lol
