75 gallon settings

I have a 75 gallon mixed reef. I have a 6000 and a multicontroller. I just purchased the new 6055 and was wondering a good starting point to set the controller for that great random wave like flow. Any suggestions?

Interval 2 with a 3second pulse from 30% to 100% and a 6 hr interval between channels would be the most natural and give the longest interval between servicing the pumps.
