75 or upgrade to 120

I am thinking of upgrading my 75 gallon which is currently sitting empty in a spare room of my house to a 120 gallon (Yes I'll fill it after I upgrade). Has anyone ever done this? Is the extra front to back room worth it?

I have a 24 x 24 x 48, 120G. I love the depth for aquascaping.

go with the 120 and use the 75 as a sump/fuge

thats the route i would go . tell the wife you get to keep bigger more colorful fish in the 120!
