I have tried the pulse at opposite corners going from 30 - 90 %, each corner on opposing cycles.

That is what I would recommend, is there a reason you want to change it?

was trying to get the interval to work tide like

You would use Interval and a 6hr interval and then the pumps will switch every 6 hours. One on at a time and pulsing.

Could you explain the interval mode.

I am trying to have pump a 100 - 30% with 3 sec pulse and the opposite corner pump b just at 30% for a 6 hour cycle and then switch.

Pump b 30 -100% on 3 sec pulse with pump a at 30%.

This is not possible at the moment, a software update is coming which will add this feature. Right now interval is limited to one pump on and pulsing, one pump off, the update will add the 30% idle option for the off pump.
