when you pull the cup off, usually people rince the head as well. (which is usually weekly.) like mentioned, with out a cleaning head and wast container, you would have to clean a skimmer like that onece or twice daily. so its worth it on the real large tanks, or tanks with a good sized bio load.

Hello,

these are azooxanthelate zoanthus living on a sponge - so far I guess nobody had success in keeping them for longer time. Both need to be fed - the sponge and the zooanthus!
