75g VHO lighting died... need an URI A4 ballast asap!

Does anyone have a URI A4 ballast kicking around they either want to sell cheap or let me borrow until I get my LED setup working? I built a new stand for my tank and in the process must have damaged the ballast. There seems to be a piece clanking around inside it.

Any help would be awesome!

Alls well, found a local guy who had a 48" PC fixture for cheap! Time to order the LED parts now!
