Just got rock and water in it this weekend. My nano-box-reef.com light has been ordered.

One pic with lights on, couldn't get white-balance right at all, then one pic with lights off that shows the rock better.

Did this tank come with media baskets? Think you could use the ones for either the jbj or nuvo 8 that intank makes?

No media baskets. The back area is pretty generous so a media basket could work. Just depends on the dimensions. I dont know if I will do a basket or a skimmer or maybe even a reactor.

I bought a female frostbite clown. She was going nuts at her own reflection for 3 days straight, so I got her a friend and she calmed down immediately. Pushing the bioload for this little tank, but maybe an excuse to upgrade soon.

Definitely a reason to upgrade soon ;)
Very nice clowns. What is your water change regime?

have you had any issues with the cad lights aquarium? I've heard of some issues with the rear sump area not being assembled correctly, although that may have been an issue with the earlier models. I'm really interested in doing a build with the tank you have, it would be my first one!

No issues with mine. I did read some reports of the false wall not being properly siliconed. Mine was good.

Is there a reason you went with the Nano Box Reef LEDs over the Cadlights stock lighting?

The cadlights stock light is not controllable and is only about 9 watts TOTAL. Zoas did okay, but SPS will not survive. My nano box has 36 watts on 3 channels fully controllable with sunrise, sunset, and moon phase. No comparison with look, intesity. It really is a great light. Already have lots of new zoas hrowing since adding it.
