with out seeing the white spots I can't be 100%. I would say yes, you can treat the kole with cooper in a QT or fresh water dip in RO at DT temp and the spots will fall off. (this is a quick fix) this should be followed by QT in cooper. Ick is caused by stress.

i see 5 tiny white spots on my yellow eyed kole, is it ick? It probably is ich. If the spots go away in the next week or so you will know it is ich.
do all copper banded butterfly eat aptasia? or do they have 2 b trained? This is a hit or miss behavior of the fish. You can search RC for days on this topic. I have personally tried a CBB for aptasia and I have never seen any depletion of the aptasia. I have read other stories of people having great success with them. One thing you can try is to train the fish. In your quarenteen tank, place the fish and a rock covered in aptasia. Don't feed the fish for a couple days. See if the fish naturally takes to the aptasia. I have read time and time again that once you start to feed fishes that were purchased to eliminate a tank issue. They will go twoards what they like more. Why have a soy burger when you can have steak
Brine shrimp is basically empty calories for the fish... Start chalking him full of Nori & Mysis... You can also soak the food in a garlic supplement such as Kent Garlic Extreme to help stimulate the fish to eat.
