9 Year Old Female Percula Clownfish

I've had a spawning pair of Percula Clownfish for 9 years, up until a month ago, the male died.

I had parasitic worms in the display tank and all fish went to QT, there the female viciously attacked the male and he died 4 days later from a secondary infection. Neither clown showed any symptoms of flukes. I thought possibly he was ill and she was attacking to save her eggs, now I'm wondering if she's the one who's sick. All she does is host the top corner of the tank, gets really excited about food, but doesn't swim around at all. She's not gasping for air or anything, there's no ammonia/nitrite, she is just fixed to that corner.

Additionally, her belly is decreasing in size and coloring is changing. She's loosing her black, especially in the mid section - it's receding from both the top and bottom and looks like it will meet in the middle. Has anyone else witnessed this? I'm not sure she's fit to go back into the display with this odd behavior.
