I AM SETTING UP A 90 GAL REEF TANK AND WANT TO PUT 2-6100 STREAMS AND A 7095 MULTI CONTROLER WILL THIS WORK OK

No, that is too much flow, 2 6000's at most but I need more info about what you are keeping and the type of sand bed.

i plan on keeping hard and soft corals how deep of a sand bed would you do

The Streams will do best if you just use a bed of coarse sand or go bare bottom since the high flow can make a mess of fine sand. The 6000's will be fine provided you aren''t intending to keep a lot of elegance, frogspawn, hammers or torches, you can have a couple and carefully place them but they will not do well in higher flow.
