90 Gallon for Sale

Hey everyone. I've been out of pocket a bit and have come to the conclusion that I can't keep up my tank like I would like. I am selling my 90 Gallon Marineland tank. It's about 2 years old and I bought it from Aquarium Fantasies here in town.
It comes with the tank, a ASM GX1 skimmer, VHO retrofit lighting, canopy, stand, sump, Little Fishies Phosphate thing, and all the basics. Also will throw in a corallife 50gph water purifier.
The tank is currently up and running with about 120 lbs of live rock, various soft corals including Zoa, Frogspawn, Xenia, mushrooms and more. It has a Sailfin Tang, Foxface, 2 clowns and a firefish and some blue damsels in it. You can click on the redhouse for pics.
I am asking $1200 for everything and would prefer not to split it up right now. It needs a good cleaning and some aiptasia treatment but otherwise is in great shape.
Really enjoyed meeting a lot of you. I hope down the road to get a bigger tank and focus more on fish than coral. I've always wanted a Purple Tang and some predator fish.

Just ordered some stuff to get rid of the Aiptasia and am doing a full clean up of algae and such. Will post pics soon!

Today I'm running it in the Bulletin Board so if I don't get any serious offers I will consider selling just the rock. I do feel weird selling Aiptasia rock though.:D
A small part of me is considering keeping everything if I can't sell the whole package.

I know u could get one locally but these were cheap and I didn't want to wait. I could have gotten Jim or Dave to order one but aptasia was getting out of hand and wanted to go ahead and get one

Hmm, does your's nip at your soft corals or just tear up Aiptasia? I could've bought 6 CB's on what I've spent on Joe's Juice.

The tank it's in is a 40g. Its 90 percent sps and has never bothered them. I've got a leather tank that has aptasia and I put the leathers in with him and he didn't bother those either. He's a rock grazer and just picks at the rocks. I've got 2bsby fungias that he's never messes with either. I have one straggler mushroom and one straggler zoa that he doesn't bother.

As Jim was explaining to me, the hardest things about them are getting them to eat and then once you do, getting them to eat other things besides aptasia.

On an imortant note too, they won't make it with aggressive fish. Must be housed with nice, calm fishies.
