90 gallon

I have a standard 90 gallon(18x24x48). I currently have a 6060 and a maxi 1200 mod. I want to ditch both of these and go with something controlable. I was thinking two 6000 and a multi controler, or a wavebox. What do you think would be best for a mostly SPS dominated tank? Thanks!! Also, does the wavebox negatively affect a corner overflow? How much space is needed between the top of the aquarium and the water level.

The corner overflow will be louder and the wave will be shorter as a result of the overflow. Both could work, but you have to decide if you can live with some noise and if you have room for a 3/4" wave. From my experience with corner overflows I would honestly prefer the Stream. The newer overflows that are slightly inward or centered give better results.

Should I go with two, or would one suffice? I will obviously buy the multi controller so I can always upgrade. I have a 1/5-2" sandbed.

I'd go with two 6000 streams. As long as you don't get a sandstorm, the more flow the better.
