9002 nano skimmers not working right

Hi, I have two 9002 nano skimmers I use them on my bio cubes. the first one I got works great and the other one hardly work at all. it makes allot of noise, ads bubbles to the tank, needs to be adjusted every other day, it hardly pick up anything and stops working all the time. I've had it on the tank for 4 or 5 moths and I'm tired of adjusting it all the time any ideas of what might help.

Check the pump, check that the impeller doesn't have a broken blade and that the shaft is centered and not loose. If you don't find anything obvious, if you send it in we will get it fixed and on it's way back within a day of receipt.
