9002 Skimmer ?

I cant seem to get this Skimmer to work. The Pump only seems to work when not stuffed into the Skimmer housing. I noticed in the Manual that the Outlet pipe with nozzle assembly has four pieces. Mine is missing the white nozzle piece between the two black pieces. Could this be the problem ? Any help would be great thanks.

Without this piece the venturi will not work, it will generally work backwards and pump out water. Did you get this skimmer new recently?

The skimmer is fairly new. I used it for a short time, disassembled it to clean, reassembled and tried last night to start it up again. Im thinking I lost that Venturi piece in the process. Where can I order a new part?
