Hello Roger,
I just set up my new 9005 skimmer in a new tank (60L) with only a few live rock in it. The skimmer use the 9005.400 extension set, for sump application.
Since it began operating, the skimmer works marvelously (forms immediately!) but there's seems a lot of fine air bubble escaping from the small hole that is located at the back of the skimmer and also from the extension pipe (with foam catridge).
Is this normal? Will the fine air bubble that enters back into the pump of the skimmer damage the pump over time?
Anyway, I have followed every instructions from the booklet.
Thanks
