9005 skimmer trouble

Hi Roger, I left you a message this evening, but also found this link on the tunze website. I have a tunze 9005 skimmer, purchased May of this year. The skimmer is being used directly in the tank. Last week the skimmer started stopping and then starting. It has been doing this cosistently over the last week. It starts for about a minute then stops for a few minutes and then starts again. I disassembled it, cleaned everything (although I did not take the propeller apart). The propellar moves freely when it starts. It just quits out after about a minute. Your thoughts are greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Please send it in, it is either the motor has a short, or the drive unit is slipping due to a bad brake shoe.
