Roger, i purchased a 9010 last summer, and you allready replaced the pump once free of charge, but it is dead again. I cleaned it, and it looked free of any major debris, but this is getting a little frustrating. I spend alot of time and money on my saltwater tanks, and to have such a well respected protein skimmer fail twice is a bit much for me. Is there any way a refund can be given? Im sorry to say i am purchasing another skimmer. I dont mean for this to be a bashing thread Roger, you have definately helped me out in the past, but i dont feel as if this skimmer is the right choice for me. Thanks. Bunker
