9010 Skimmer Output pipe not overflowing

Hi,

The output pipe with the foam cartridge on my 9010 protein skimmer does not have any water exiting out of the top of it. I'm using the skimmer in the sump.

Water should be overflowing the top of the output pipe right? What could be wrong. The directions are a bit confusing.

Please disregard this post. I fixed it. The 2 pieces were not correctly installed when I set this up. It works fine now.
