9010 up and running in 5 minutes!

After reading every post on RC that I could about the 9010 I ordered it last week from Tony @ Reef Exotics.

As I'd read every 9010 post prior to receiving it, I opened it, put it together and had it in the sink to test it within five minutes. After running for an hour in the sink I dried it off and put it in the sump.

While running it in the sink(yes with salt water) I pulled out my ASM G2 and vacuumed out my sump. Broke my maxijet 1200 while doing so, but it was worth it to get all that crud out of there. Filled up the sump and put the 9010 in and was floored that something so tiny, wee, petite, miniscule in comparison to the ASM is doing such a fantastic job for others.

Can't wait to see my results!

Now... I just need to buy the 6055s and a 7095 and maybe Roger will send me my Tunze decoder ring.

I keep looking at it, expecting it to not be on. I say that as it's silent. My last skimmer I had to wedge into my sump and it had quite the buzz going on all the time.

Now I can hear the other pieces of equipment that make noise.
Great, now I feel the need to fix them too.

Roger, does Tunze make a submersible return pump that pushes 600-700 GPH up 7'?
