Roger,
Ive got a 9010 with the optional angled clear plastic top. The clear plastic gets covered with sludge, but very little skimate makes it over. Ive run it through vinegar, Ive taken it apart, but everything seems fine. The blue screw is almost all the way out. What to do, or should I send it in. Its about 4 years old.

I will be out of the office from Thurs the 11th until Thurs 18th, my guess is the venturi nozzle or impeller is worn and needs replacement. Nothing will be shipped or repaired during this time but any repairs that come in will be handled when I return,someone will be here recieving repairs.
