9020 pump is way slower then the other

Hello, I have had this skimmer for less then a year now and I really like it but ever since I got it one of the pumps has been slower then the other and I have had it apart many times and even switched sides to see if it was the skimmer body. Here is a pic, you can see how little comes out from the one side and how low the bubbles are in the neck on the one side. It has gotten slower in the last week and I'm thinking its going downhill. Any help would be appreciated.

What jumps out at me is the flow out of the pipes. I would suspect the bottom plate is loose on the left side so you are losing water pressure, make sure it is in all the way and the beveled edge faces forward.

Thanks for the reply. I just checked and its is fully seated with the beveled edge out. I had the pump in the other side and it still did the same thing. Impellers on both pumps look great too.

Are the impellers the same size? I can only think of one other possibility but it is a bit complicated, can you email me so I can email a photo back?
