1 stars and stripes puffer
1 maroon clown
and then maybe 4-5 cool looking damsels

The trigger and puffer will eventually outgrow the tank, but if you get small fish (around 3-4 inches in length) it'll work for a year or 2 depending on how fast the individual fish actually grow.

Triggers generally like to have longer tanks for swimming room and the S/S puffers can get rather large.
