Here's the breakdown:
92 Gallon AGA Corner Tank Reef Ready (Plumbed) Tank/Stand/and custom made Lifereef filter systems sump w/skimmer (and all plumbing to have it working) for $500. Stand is wood/black trim and tank is in black trim. Glass top is available also (it's stored away as I do open top for my tanks).

Live Rock - $3/lb plain (I may have some in there somewhere but would have to start digging) $4/lb for rocks with shrooms etc on it.

Live Sand crawling with worms and what not - fine grain white aragonite sand $2/lb.

Prices are not set in stone and am willing to work with you but I think these should be pretty fair. Of course, you would have to come by to pick up all the items.

Thanks for looking,
Mike

Yes, I know it looks dirty in there.. nothing a wipedown can't clear up though! It's only salt spray! Sump, and all plumbing and pumps are included!

I hope this helps... any more questions, feel free to ask - wait, I already know one...

What's with all that awesome pulsing xenia?! I use it with my high school students and frag em out for observations, classification etc... They love it!

Everything is still for sale! As soon as I get the LR and sand out, the hardware can go. I need to go find some places who can give me those foam boxes - any ideas?

Everything still available.. PM if interested - let me know what you want. I also have some nice baseball sized pieces of LR that have a stalk or two of pulsing Xenia and mushrooms around it.

Sent some PM's out... Sold some LR today to a happy reefer too! Slowly getting things out of the tank!!! Fish are going, 'what the heck is going on here?!'

Mike, I will take a bunch of live sand...PM me your address...I will need to figure out how to transport it and keep all the good stuff alive.

This is exactly what I am looking for!!! Will someone want to buy the tank set up and I will trade my 220 Oceanic (not reef ready, oak trim, 7 foot long) tank for this. If not, lets try and make a deal MikeD.
