92g design build

In Memoriam
I have been in the planning stages of upgrading from a 37g to a 92 corner aquarium. I currently have all of my new equipment awaiting installation but would like to share my planned design with others to see if you feel it's the best way of going about this setup.

TANK DIMENSIONS: 34" side X 34" side X 48" Front X 24" high

Equipment list:

(2) 250 watt coralvue halides w/ Lumenbright mini reflectors and 12K reeflux bulbs
(1) retro'd VHO setup. Ballast runs 4 bulbs up to 110watts each.
I will be running 4 24" super actinic VHO bulbs)
(1) nautilis TE protein skimmer
(1) reef Octopus CR140 Calcium reactor w/ 5lb CO2 tank
(1) quadra Wavemaker
(4) Hydor Koralia #3 models
(1) quietone 3000 return pump
Custom Built TRIANGLE sump 27" side x 27" side x 36" front

I currently have about 55-60lbs of live rock in my 37g tank that I will transfer to the 92 but would like to get recommendations of what all I can do to clean and rock. I know I want to iodine dip in lugols to kill any bad bugs but I do have some nusicanse sponges that i don't want to get into the new system. I was told to let airdry then scrub, then iodine dip, then freshwater dip.

also, this tank will be an open top tank, I am not putting an enclosed canopy on this tank but I am building some sort of structre to mount these lights to. My drawing is attached on here to view my plans. Basically it's done by creating a bridge across the top of the tank using a 4" wide board. from the outsides, the boards come out straight for a few inches to allow the VHO endcaps to mount. They angle and head across the tank and allow the 2 halides to mount and also allow the center VHO's to mount. This drawing is a little off scale but when viewed to scale, everything will fit just fine. (so I know that the halides do overlap the center of 2 VHO's. that's just a drawing error.

then there will be a bridge in the back corner to allow again for the VHO endcaps to all mount.

The bridges both front and back will be connected to a verticle board that is ran from the tank stand (bolted) up the sides of the aquarium and attached to the bridges. I plan to have the lights about 8"-10" off the surface of the water.

Does anyone see any problems with this setup or have any other designs to make this easier? I plan to start the build sometime next weekend.

Thanks for looking. I appreciate all feedback.

as in: a large, visible difference between corals under the halides, and those towards the back. Possibly not color, maybe "brightness" of those areas. As single 400w in the middle with the actinic to the sides might be more of an "even" look. Be a little cheaper too.

with rock design and structure, there wasn't gonna be any corals in the back where the lights won't hit. Even with the way the Lumenbright reflectors disperse the light outward, most of the tank will get the lights from the halides. My design for the corals are going to located mostly right under the halides.
My rock structure is going to take up from the back corner where the over flow is to about 18" forward so that would put them right under the halides.

my main thing was the desing of the bridge of how to hang the lights. that's what I was looking for some feedback on if there is an easier way to build some sort of structre to hand the lights more efficiently?
I will definately post pics when I get this thing going, I can't wait.
Right now just waiting for my custom acrylic sump to be finished and to get the corner tank delivered. (should be next week)
