92gal Corner Bow front setup...

I have a 92gal Corner Bow front setup that I am converting over to a reef. I am looking at getting a Tunze Turbelle Stream Kit, as I am only running a Mag9.5 as a sump return. I am not sure how many or what model would be best for my setup... I am thinking about the TS21 or TS24, My only consern is that right now I have a Puffer, Lion Fish, and Purple Tang in the tank. (I know that the Puffer and Lion are not reef safe) but I am looking at getting everything ready for corals, and then moving the fish at a later time, but until then get all equipment needed to a optimal reef setup... Also if I were to go with 2 units, would I place them both near the back by the over flow pointing twords the front (crossing each other) or is there a better way. Dimensions of the tank are 48x34x24.

Thanks for the help,
Shawn

With the bowfront corner tanks their is enough deflection of flow that a TS07 is generally all you need. TS21 is not something we offer but something Marine Depot has come up with and could be OK as well. I have never found puffer's and powerheads to be compatible, innevitably you end up with the puffer sucked onto the pump one day. You might wait until the puffer has another home.

TS21

TS21

If I went with a TS21, would that be too much flow ?? I would like something that will work now (and not be over the top) but aswell something that I can x-fer to a larger tank down the road, as I am looking at a 300ish gal in the next yr or so... If I went with a TS24, would I be able to have it run at 1/2 power per say to be like a TS21 kit ??

Thank you for your time,
Shawn

You loose most of the fuctionallity of the pumps running them at minimum power constantly, i.e. why not just buy the 6060 since you lose the pulse feature? Probably the best would be to buy a 6000 and a 7095 and then you can add a second pump whenever you feel the need.
