93 gallon rimless cube sps dominant build

Ok so I tore down my 125 sold off the livestock and coral to local refers and decided to totally start over with a tank I would be happy with not only aesthetically but knowing I restarted clean with the knowledge I've gained through my years as reef keeping. This Saturday I'll be picking up the cube, I have a vertex omega 130, maxspect gyre 150, biotek biocube 20x20x16 sump, and a RKL I'll later replace with a apex system. I had planned on buying all new rock but have decided I'm going to use the Marco out of what I have and chisel my "dreamscape" I'll be using seaklear to leech all phosphate from rock that died after the tear down. I was going to just leech the phosphate in a tote but have bought a few 10 micron filter socks and will just be doing a slow drip solution of the seaklear and water into the 10 micron filter sock, once phosphate are undetectable for a week after stopping the lanthium chloride treatment I'll then start stocking with a tester... I'll also be using microbe lift nite out and special blend on startup to Jumpstart the biological filtration. If anyone can help me figure out why I can't load pictures onto rc from my phone I would appreciate it. More to come any suggestions or tips appreciated, I think I left out I'll be going with a sandbed this time as the 125 was bb. I'm thinking 3 to 4 inches.

Sounds like you've got a plan... Enjoy :) I used to have a fairly large, in wall system. Took way too much of my time for maintenance, it was loud, power hungry (3x 400w MH + 8 54w Actinics will have a noticeable impact on your electric bill!)... Had grape calurpa go sexual and contaminate everything. Tore it down years ago.

Started a 60g rimless cube 3 months ago. Moving very, very slow, getting things just the way I want them, and really enjoying it.

I love 93G cubes. An 8Tube T5 unit with Reefbrites or a dedicated T5/LED unit will work awesome with that tank. The ultimate light would be Radoin 400w with a Royal Blue LED perimeter :D

A shallow sandbed would be fine. I recall an article recently that showed denitrfication taking place even in shallow (like 1inch deep sanbeds).

I have honestly though about an 8 bulb fixture with some led supplements... and on another had I've also though about incorporating some t5s with the hydra 52... who knows how bad shading will be until I actually have eyes on the scape and light put together.

24 inch 8 bulb dimmable sun power is looking sexy... if the 52 doesn't light the tank like I would like I'll probably make the transition.

93 G owner here as well.. it has really great size to fulfill your dream. :)

Uhaul waiting for me to go pick it up at 730 when I get off work then to Chicago to get the tank, can't wait! It's going to be a long day but my living room is tank less and my wife put all kinds of vases and Crap where my tank used to be... that's changing today! Lol I'll post pics this evening once I get her in the house. In the meantime I'm waiting on several items to show up next week mainly my new cube sump from biotek and my ai hanging rails... I'm going sleek here and ditching my diy hanging kit. I've never been able to figure out how to post pictures on rc... so I'm guessing I'll just post to photo bucket and then upload via url to rc.. unless someone can enlighten me on what I'm not doing right.

Very nice and clean looking cube moga, how deep is your sand bed? I'm debating on how deep I want to go... still haven't ordered the sand yet.. last tank was bb, but I want sand dwellers this go around.
