9420 Impeller

What is the difference between the grey magnet and black magnet impellers? On the Tunze site the part 9420.047 is shown with a grey magnet and blue pinwheel. Is either impeller better then the other?

The grey and blue ones are new, they are just now being phased in and the plastic is stronger and more durable.
