9430 acting up

I've had the 9430 on my 300 gal mixed reef with a 30 gal sump and 30 gal refugium . It's been running for about 2 months since I purchased it . It's been really finicky . Yesterday it seemed to stop producing foam and the flow seemed reduced , nothing was coming out the hole in the side . Today after a large water change I took the skimmer apart and pump and gave it a good cleaning . After trying to adjust it I had opened the air fully and highered the output pipe all the way up and water barely trickles out of the hole . Not sure what has transpired in the last couple of days and if the pump has gone bad or what . Any recommendations ? The pump had no debri in it and just some surface algae .
Thanks

I would make sure the air hose is not kinked or plugged by salt creep and that the impeller is not damaged and spins free. Does the pump make any unusual noises? Is it possible some large object is jamming the volute (intake of the pump)? Any photos would be a help, both of it installed in operation and of the impeller.

The hose is free of any obstructions and so is the volute . When I disassembled the pump the impeller had magnetic resistance and seemed to spin freely and the motor had no unusual noises . It seemed to be functioning properly 3 days ago . I even checked the bearings and there is no wear . I disassembled everything and cleaned it thoroughly.

Can you post some photos or maybe email them to me? Any chance you have a 9410 or smaller model and may have inadvertently swapped a needlewheel, do any of the needles seem to be broken? Honestly I am stumped, it is a standard 60Hz motor and should only be able to run at one speed, 3600rpm.
