96 watt 20" coralife VS. 150 watt hqi Comparison

These two images show my 15 gallon high tank, one with the 20" 96 watt coralife power quad hood, and the othe a 150 watt hetal halide hqi pendant.

The Coralife 96 watt power quad is an amazing hood if you only want to keep soft corals and mushrooms.

You can also see how fast the corals have grown in just a few months after getting the 150 watt metal halide.

I am using the 96 watt coralife, and plan on upgrading (if you'd call it that?) to a 70 watt HQI fixture for my 10 gallon.

Very Nice Tank. The corals look amazing under MH Lighting. Now I feel like I have to upgrade!! I really should consider though. Thanks for sharing your pics.

yeah but even look at the colors that the light bring out. MH is a huge improvement over PCs.
