A better mysis trap

I have a LARGE population of mysis in my fuge that my scooter has a use for. Some ride the plumbing up to the main tank but I would like to catch some and move them faster. What is a good way to do this? I was thinking some type of tube with a funnel in the end. Small end facing inward. I have some pellets to bait it with they seem to like.

I'll say do the coke bottle trap method (16oz or so) with a pellet as bait. Put it in and give it about 10 minutes. Remove and pour off.
