Thanks Roger for repairing my 6025!! Turn around time was about a week, taking in consideration for the holiday week-end! Great customer service and I will recommend Tunze to others. It's in my tank now and just purrin' along! :thumbsup:
 
ill second that. i didnt even have a turn around time...roger sent me backups till he could send replacements.
awesome customer service.
 
I just got a call from Roger after I sent my 6200 in last week through snail mail. He said he recieved it yesterday and it's fixed today and was calling me for a return address. I never seen customer service like this before. I'm a Tunze man for life.
