Thanks for sharing

A lot nice looking sticks you have..cant wait to see the new build..my favorite part of the hobby is building it together. .

Amazing tank !!!!!

Are there any good local fish stores in Taipei or Taiwan that will do overseas shipping to Hong Kong? We have many local fish stores, but there is just a few that sell sps and not that nice sps.

Actually, my photography skills is poor, but I listen m=to my friend to put a black card at back and shot, then use PS to correct black background...
Most coral color just ok, only a few really bright and I am happy about.

Well... my wife make the whole house design and look, she said I don't have good taste ;-(

I only focus on tank, that is it... ;-)

There are a few good LFS in Taipei city, maybe one or two in south Taiwan. However, we like exchange rare coral. There are a few reefers in Taiwan they are like collection center, and have many rare coral from different place of the whole world.
I thought Hong Kong has more selection? Is not!?

AC control, power, and copper pipe are now ready..

Tomorrow Monday they are going to build the stand first but my wife keep saying the whole tank is TOO big for our house. How you guys feel…now it is my last chance to change design, and I really worry if my wife is right, then she gonna kill me when real tank put in….

I put 1:1 scale of my wife (161 cm tall) and I (180 cm tall)…. I am much older (ok, and bigger), thought... to better get the feeling of tank size

Do you have address of the lfs in Taipei? Maybe next time I go to Taipei I can buy something and bring it back to HK. We don't have much rare corals here, just the basic corals.

Sorry, forget to mention.... Tank size is 132cm x 90 x 60, and stand is 172 cm....

Check this one first...http://www.ph84.idv.tw/vbb/showthread.php?t=129870

There are a few salt water LFS at Taipei fist street, which locate close to 民權西路... However, you have to get inside news to get rare coral....

Let me know when you arrive Taiwan, maybe I can show you around....

Nice progress shih:beer:
When do you think it'll be up and running?

Wow! Tough question. My wife control the whole schedule when we can move in the new house. I think it will be around beginning of Oct. 2014 of course.

Looks nice.

Thanks

Still vote for external overflow. Have you seen the ghost overflow? Seems slick and almost stupid proof.

Well, I don't trust the quality of Taiwan tank maker. An external overflow means more place for leaking, so I keep it simple, every thing inside the tank, and less places for leaking.

That's a great start..

It's just been too long...:debi:

Loooks sick as ****. I cant wait to see it finished.

Still a lot of work to do :headwallblue:
