How many months do you run a MH bulb before replacing it ?

How many hours a day should you have your MH bulb on ?

ru mine about 8 hours a day i change them every 8 months

Depends on the bulb. You can run some for up to 14 months, but 10 months is a good time to replace it. You can run them for 8-12 hours a day.

I ordered another bulb for my 12 gallon aquapod 70 watt been running the other one for 11 months I figured it was about time to change it.

I run the Mh bulb on my tank for 11 hrs a day it is really the only light it has besides the 4 leds 2 blue 2 white on the sunpod.
