A couple of display bugs...

I have a couple of funny display issues on my newly set up Apex system:

First, the module config. screen shows 6 displays and I am unable to delete any of them.

Second, sometimes the buttons on the display get "stuck" but not physically - IE, they continually repeat. If I hold the down arrow to scroll through a program, it'll scroll infinitely. If I manage to hit the exit button quickly enough, it keeps scrolling, but through the next menu up.

I'm running 4.04_2B11

You should be able to delete 5 of the 6 displays - question is which one is the good one. If you delete it accidentely, it will come back but the others should be able to be deleted.

On the scrolling issue, that's one for Neptune but first, make sure your display firmware (whichever one is the right one) is current - should be sw rev 009.

I am unable to delete any of the display modules...

Display FW is most current revision :)

Keep in mind, I'm not talking about the controller firmware - the display module gets its own update after you update the controller. But, if it's current like you say, then the only other thing you could try is to initialize the memory. This will clear all your programs, profiles and calibrations so it's not to be taken lightly.

I'd just email Neptune and see if they can fix it more gracefully.

Update:

Curt was able to Telnet in and fix the multiple display issue.
I haven't seen the other bug re-occur yet...
