A couple of questions re: 6000 series

I currently have two 6000's, one of which has failed (won't start). I haven't had the time to do all the req'd testing (using the working pumps individual components).......but some quick & dirty testing tells me that it's likely to be the control box (whatever you call that metal box).

Do I send in the entire setup? Pump, box, transformer, etc?

Thanks

EDIT - changed because I just realized that it's a two year warranty....DUH - it's still covered.

2nd EDIT - The pump was recently cleaned & it never alarmed (it has in the past but not this time)

Send the entire unit, it would be warranty as long as the cause is not water damage to the driver and it is less than 2 years old

As always thanks!

Okay, I'm clueless - the driver is the electronics box, right?

EDIT - nevermind, I actually read the manual (yeah, go figure) :D

A bit of an update -

I tested the pump/driver with another transformer = no go. Not certain if this means anything but the 7095 didn't even light up when the bad/pump driver was plugged in?

Took the pump apart & re-checked everything - it's looks fine, brakes function as designed. Pump wants to start but just doesn't.

Removed the cover on the driver - saw no evidence of any water or other debris, replaced cover.

Will send the unit in today.

Thanks again.
