I was sitting here looking at some pics on my phone aND thought man I've had alot of anemones overy the years. Here's some pics of them
The anemones above all died in a ice storm last year along with the rest of my tanks.
These are the ones I have now back when they were all in qt
Oops the top pic under the ones I have now was some I had that died in the storm. The last pic is the two I have now. Those are now in my main tank and are doing great I'll post pics soon of them
I am sorry that your tank died with the storm. I installed a generator that run on Natural gas that will supply my fish room and a few other circuit that will keep us living at home with power outage possible, especially to keep my tank alive I case of power outage.
We very seldom lose power more than a hour or so. I never really thought about it being out long term. When the house started getting cold and it looked like it was gonna be off for a few days I wrapped it in blankets and kept it stirred every couple of hours and put a kerosene heater in there sense it's in my bed room. But it didn't do much good. I bought a gas generator this summer and keep plenty of gas on hand now. That's part of the reason it's took me so long to get my tank back up and running. I miss my big ritteri. The two I have now wouldn't make half of him
