ive been messing around with my phone, tell me what you think.

pretty darn decent for a camera on a cell phone! that 2nd one especially

Sometimes the camera works great but for some reason fts's don't work out... Any guesses as to why?

For a camera phone, those are decent pics. Camera phones while getting high in megapixels suffer from tiny sensors, short lenses and reliance on digital zooms.
